Institutional website for a European multi-disciplinary clinical project for patients with poor prognostic ovarian cancer
SalvOvar is a clinical project funded by the European Commission, and as such is required to have a website to support and promote the work being done. Susannah Carroll, who is in charge of the communications work package, had quite a number of needs in the design department, which led us to propose that we collaborate we our talented friend Pierrick Romeuf.
Following Pierrick's web design informed by our technical inputs, we developed the salvovar.eu responsive website, which is backed by a CMS that allows our client to modify its content as needed and will enable her to make it live during the whole project's life (5 years) by posting news, events and resources over time.
Collaborating with Pierrick Romeuf to give him a technical point of view
Translate Pierrick's design into code
Connecting the website to the CMS to allow the client to edit the content
Deploying the website and CMS to our Kubernetes cluster, putting in place monitoring, analytics, submitting the sitemap to search engines etc.
